Fergal's background is in developmental psychology, blended with 20 years application in varied commercial environments, with the outcome of helping leaders get more out of themselves and others. Previous roles include: Leadership Trainer at Cantle, a leadership retreat centre in Scotland for FTSE 50 Executives, and Head of Leadership Development for Ideal Standard International, RBS Group and Kingfisher Group (DIY Retailer).
Experience
Fergal was Leadership Coach to Ideal Standard’s Top 30 Senior Leadership Group and Country Management Teams for 10 years. His work with Cantle has provided experience of training senior executives in some of Europe’s biggest companies, such as BP, RBS and Pepsico. Fergal has also worked with Duke CE (FT & Business Week ranked #1 Global Custom Executive Education provider for the last 12 years), on their global leadership programs. He continues to be a Leadership Development Educator within Duke CE’s Global Educator Network.Fergal has a BA (Hons) degree in management strategy and his more recent academic background is in human potential psychology (NLP, Gestalt, EST, Bioenergetics and breakthrough methodologies).

As a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist Maggie brings to business leaders her knowledge of psychology, the neuroscience of the brain and her sharp ability to unravel and maximise human potential. As Director of a growing charity, she faces her own leadership and team learning everyday. As a business coach and trainer she has developed the most senior of clients one to one, worked with FTSE100 Boards, been brought in as a Consultant to realign teams of over a hundred people and at other times small but very senior teams that have become misaligned and low functioning. As a qualified teacher and with many years in public speaking and training, Maggie has the confidence to interface theory with experiential psychology in such a way that leaders go away having caught what they have been taught.Maggie has a BA (Hons) degree in History and Education as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. She is an accredited Psychotherapist and Psychosexual therapist (UKCP and COSRT) having trained in all the foundational psychologies to post graduate level: Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Systemic. She has also trained in Bioenergetics, NLP and Trauma therapy.
