Open Programmes

We create open programmes for those who wish to learn alongside other managers from different industries and backgrounds.  Leadership and psychological frameworks only take us so far.  Often the insights and perspectives of other managers facing similar situations are what teach us the most about leadership.  Open-enrolment programmes with up to 25 managers from varied  organisations offer diversity of thinking and experiences.  This brings a unique richness to the learning and facilitates great conversations in which people can openly and confidentially explore their leadership – what works and what could be tweaked for greater impact.
